WHERE APPLICABLE FITINGS
Welded fittings are needed to create fixed sealed joints. Such connections are found:
- in sections of pipelines with stressful operating conditions ( aggressive and abrasive environments, high pressure and temperature, vibration, shock and other mechanical loads ), on which leakage of the working environment is unacceptable;
- in areas that do not need constant maintenance.
PRIVARY FITINGS FROM THE COMPANY ALFA-STAR
We produce and supply welded stainless steel fittings AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 321.12 ( 08 ) X18N10T, 03X17N14M2T according to DIN and GOST standards in a wide range of sizes at competitive prices. In our assortment:
- collars are stainless. Their purpose is to dock pipes of different diameters and connect containers. Used with free flanges. A free flange, unlike a collar, does not come into contact with the working environment and therefore can be made of cheaper material, for example, silhouette. Such a connection provides almost complete tightness;
- bends creating turns in the pipeline to a given angle, most often by 90 °. We offer 90o electric welded DIN and seamless GOST. Welded are installed on less responsible sections of the pipeline;
- transitions steel stainless. Create a smooth and safe transition from one pipe diameter to another. In our catalog are transitions DIN and GOST concentration for docking pipes with matching axes and eccentric for areas with displaced axes;
- welded electric welded DINs and seamless GOST distributing the operating flow;
- steel plugs elliptical DIN and GOST. Create dead end sections of the pipeline, are used as the bottom of the tanks. The elliptical configuration is used to correctly distribute the pressure in the pipeline, which can withstand hydraulic shock. Work at a load of up to 16 MPa.
