FLANDS FROM THE RECEIVING STAY IN THE STAVROPOLE
WHERE APPLICABLE FLANCE COMPOUNDS
Flange connections are widespread in pipelines, building structures, mechanisms due to their strength, reliability and durability. Stainless steel flanges are resistant to aggressive media, high pressure ( up to 40 MPa ) and temperatures.
RECEIVING FLANTS FROM THE COMPANY ALFA-STAR
We produce and supply stainless steel flanges AISI 304 ( 08X18N10 ), AISI 316 ( 03X17N12M2 ), 12X18N10Tange, 10X17Hford3M2T. The company catalog contains:
- welded flanges DIN and GOST. A pair of flanges is welded to the ends of the pipes with two seams each and pulled together by fasteners. A gasket is installed between the flanges to achieve maximum tightness and uniform pressure distribution. The connection withstands pressure up to 2.5 MPa;
- collar flanges DIN and GOST. They are welded to the pipes by the ends of the collars. Work at pressures up to 40 MPa;
- free flanges are stainless and silomine. The compound includes collars that are welded to the ends of pipes with free flanges worn on them. Flanges are pulled together by fasteners. Such connections are used in hard-to-reach sections of the pipeline that require frequent repairs and maintenance. Free flanges do not come into contact with the working environment, which allows the use of cheaper silomine flanges on non-stressed sections of the pipeline with pressure up to 1 MPa;
- DIN and GOST flange plugs to block the flow;
- flange gaskets of steel and non-metallic DIN and GOST. Steel, as more durable, is used on tense sections of the pipeline, for less stressed, paronite, Teflon, EPDM gaskets are used.
