Welding technologies are diverse, so there are many types of consumables for various welding processes. Welding and cutting include preparatory and final operations ( pre-treatment of rust and pollution, removal of burrs, cleaning of the welding site, removal of plaque, metal dust, cleaning of welding seams, grinding ), for which a special tool is used.

MATERIALS FOR THE SVARK

The ALFA-STAR catalog presents:

• tungsten electrodes: lantaninated ( with additives of lanthane oxide ) for hardware welding of stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys on a variable and direct current; torinated ( with thorium oxide ) for welding of black and stainless steel, copper, constant current titanium; ittrated ( with itria oxide ) for welding aluminum and its alloys at alternating current, stainless steel — at constant;
• black and stainless steel electrodes Cromarod 316L / 316LP;
• stainless steel welding wire. Welding wire is both an electrode and an additive material. We offer: additives for argon arc welding TIG 308 Cromatig 308LSi, TIG Croimatig 316LSi; additives MIG Cromamig 308LSi, MIG 316 for semi-automatic welding.

TOOL FOR RESERVATION AND METAL CLEANING

In our assortment:

• cutting discs for ( USHM, ) and cutting machines;
• zirconium skin stripping discs. Remove surface defects, rust and contamination, prepare the surface for subsequent grinding and polishing;
• brushes on steel. They remove burrs, rust, pollution, coating, clean the welding seams, grind the surface. They can be used as a nozzle on a drill or other rotating tool.
